Eat Yourself Beautiful

The age old saying goes 'healthy skin comes from within' and whilst it seems like a bit of a cliché it's absolutely true. 1. Lemons

Acne isn't just an issue for hormonal teenagers. It's estimated that around 50% of women will experience acne at some point in their adult lives. There's a knock on effect with our mental health too, as acne has been linked to low self esteem and even depression in some cases. If you're concerned about adult acne, incorporating more vitamin C into your diet could definitely help.
