Breakfasts get boring. We get stuck in a rut and end up eating the same thing over and over again, or worse just grabbing something convenient that might end up being really unhealthy for us. For a quick and easy breakfast, why not try mixing it up with some overnight oats that you can prepare the night before and fill up on the good stuff.
Overnight oats are oh so easy to prepare. All you need is porridge oats, your choice of milk and a little bit of creativity. Here are some of our favourites. Super BerriesYou will need a cup of oats, a handful of berries frozen berries are fine as they'll thaw overnight) a spoonful of honey and your choice of nuts and seeds or healthy blend.
