Alchemy Super Blends Immunity Boost Spicy Coconut Mylk Recipe

One of our favorite brands that we carry is Alchemy Super Blends, which is formulated by expert nutritionist, Karen Newby, BSc Nutritional Medicine.  Alchemy Super Blends combines all the excellent health benefits of the world’s most nutrient-rich plants in convenient and balanced daily combinations for tailored daily needs.

In this recipe formulated by Karen, we'll be using the Alchemy Super Blends Energy Elixir along with other immunity boosting ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

1 Tbsp Energy Elixir
1 tsp reishi
1 cup COCONUT MYLK
1/2 cup filtered water
1 tsp TURMERIC
2 grinds of black pepper
1/2 tsp ginger (ground or fresh (just pop a slice into your mug to infuse)
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Dash of raw honey if you need

Add all to a pan and stir or whisk thoroughly before warming through. Feel free to add to a milk frother as well!
